Accessibility checks on the example shop

Two copies of a small shop were checked against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria: the broken shop, which carries ten planted violations, and the fixed shop, which carries none. The scan is axe-core, run on every page and on the open dialog. The keyboard checks press Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space and Escape and read where focus goes and how it is drawn. What neither can decide is on the manual checklist.

Built from the run of at commit 14f3cb1: 45 findings on the broken shop, 0 on the fixed shop.
